NOTES:
- *children 6 years and under stay free, no charge for pets.
**Potential Monthly tenants must start as a weekly for 1 week while we do a credit, eviction and bad check search.
If approved then monthly tenancy will start after the one week.
Discounts
We give a 10% discount on the daily rates for Seniors (55+) and members of these companies/associations:
AAA, AARP, Coachmen, FMCA,
Good Sam, Gulf Stream and KOA Value Card
and give a 15% discount on the daily rates for for members of these companies/associations:
El Monte Rentals, RVW and Xcapee
Plus, once you stay with us, we will give you a coupon worth an additional 10% discount on the daily rates on your next visit, if you pay by cash or check.
Maximum Daily discount available is 20%.
